About

Built from the inside out.

Raizer didn't start as an AI firm. It started as a software company that spent five years shipping products and mission-critical systems for founders and businesses across the region — and running its own operations the hard way first.

So we did what we now do for clients: we systemized ourselves. Task routing, reporting, client communications, monitoring — rebuilt as AI workflows. The overhead dropped, the output doubled, and the lesson stuck: scale is a system.

Then we installed it beyond our walls — an insurance agency that now answers every lead in seconds, a healthcare group whose platform serves patients daily. Different industries, same disease, same cure.

Razek Daoud — Founder & CEO

Builder and operator. Founded Raizer in 2020, led a 35+ member team, shipped the systems businesses live on. The rare combination this work demands: the technology and the P&L, in one head.

Most people selling AI are missing half the picture.

Type 01

Technologists who've never run a business

They can build the model. They can't tell you what it does to your margins.

Type 02

Consultants who've never shipped code

They can sketch the slide. They can't ship the system your team uses on Monday.

Raizer

We've done both.

Founded companies, closed the sales, led the teams — and shipped the mission-critical systems those companies run on.

Founded in Aleppo. Building for the region.

If we can build systems that survive Aleppo's constraints, yours will feel easy.
